1. Background of Company: Company is into production of Home Care and Personal Care products. They are a major player in Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company

2. Manufacturing Process: Detergent Bar Making

• All Basic raw materials are added in Top floor into a mixer of 2 tons capacity
• Each batch is of 20 minutes
• Once Raw materials are mixed they flow into a Chamber where color, perfume and few other additives gets added
• Then the finally mixed material flows through plodder into a cutting machine.
• Detergent Bars are made in equal sizes in this Cutting machine
• Finally the bars are packed in wrappers and then flow into a packing machine for packing in Carton boxes
• Once Packed in Carton boxes these flow to warehouse for storage
