Uterine contractions less than 50 mmHg pressure.

Early decelerations noted with several contractions.

Moderate fetal heart rate variability.

Uterine contractions occurring every 90 seconds.

Blood pressure drop is a concern ,uterine contraction is not measured in mmHg

Early deceleration is normal ,if there is late deceleration then to be reported

If fetal heart rate stops then stop oxytocin and report immediately

If contraction is less than 90 seconds then the infusion has to be stoped and provider to be notified
