1)Why did you decide a career as a Nurse?

EXAMPLE ANSWER - During my childhood,I met with an accident and Doctor suggested me to take bed rest for 2 months.My leg and hand has fractured I suffer a lot,as my parents were working they were so busy and they appointed a home nurse to take care of me.She was so kind and treated me with full love and affection.I decided to give that love and affection in treating people who suffers from weak health conditions and nursing is a better way to serve people by treating them with care.Above all,knowing that I'm truly making a difference i eopl's lives is what truly makes it all worthwhile.

2)Tell me what you feel your greatest skill as a nurse is...

EXAMPLE ANSWER - I am really proud of ability of lisening to the patient .Nothing frustrates rhem more than feeling as though they're not being heard.Having spent the past 5 years in medical field has shown me that how far listening to the patient makes them comfortable.My recent position included working with patient directly in admissions which meant I am the first person they visit,this give me a responsibility of listening them to alot them with the specialized doctors according to their disease.

3)What do you find the hardest part about being a nurse?

EXAMPLE ANSWER - The hardest part is feeling helpless.While it's my job to provide as much care and comfort as medicallu possible,there are some times when you just can't do more.Seeing someone in pain or feeling miserable and knowing that nothing you can do to helpis the most difficult thing.

EXAMPLE ANSWER - While my last job has an oppourtuniy for me to learn and grow at a comfortable pace in a smaller enivironment.But now I'm looking for new challenges and oppourtunities to continue expand my knowledge in a larger ,hospital based enivironment like this one here.
