Barriers to healthy eating included lack of time and competing priorities; cost of healthy food ; adjusting habits to favor a healthier diet and geographical isolation .lack of time and competing priorities.
Barriers to physical activity include lack of time and competing priorities; activities that promote sedentary behavior; social norms and stigma; and built environment barriers.
Lake of time due to busy work schedule and competing priorities. Time emerged as a major barrier to engaging in physical activity .very busy schedule often made exercising at the end of a work day seem impossible.
Competition with activities that promote sedentary time. Woman discuss how sedentary activities that enjoy blike watching television and reading consume their time and make it difficult to engage in activity outside of the household.

Lack of time and competing priorities.the time required to shop and prepare food was identified as a major barrier of people who already struggled with busy family and work schedules .commute time for people who reside in rural comminities compunded the issue .eating out or relying on quick microwave meals often took the place of eating a home cooked meal.
Cost of healthy food: the cost healthy food was identified as a barriers to eating healthy,especially among low income members of the community.purchasing produce at the local farmer's market was costly.
Difficulty to adjusting habits to favor a healthier diet .adjust longterm habits of cooking and eating was difficult for many woman.womam cooking large ,high calories meals for their husband that farmed or engaged in physically demanding labor. As men got older and duties on the farm subsided ,adjusting for the reduction in calories requirements was difficult.
Food environment barriers and geographic isolation.access to healthy food option is often limited by the long distance that resident from rural communites must travel to get to these source.

We are all ( young one specially) becoming everyday vmore aware of the importance of leading a healthy life style on a regular basis.
Mostly they have lack of knowledge ,and they can't willing proper exercise they can't avoid to junk food so we have aware people.
*Lack of awareness : they don't know idea of the healthy life style so aware them teach to the people .each and every person starting little problem after it will reduce.

Nurses help people and their families cope with illness deal with it, and necessary live with it ,so that other parts of their lives can continue . nurses do more than Care for individual .they have always have been at the forefront of change in health care and public health.nurses innovate.

Preventive care is given to you when you're symptom free and have no reason to believe you might be unhealthy.preventive care is often given as part of a routine physical or check up .Diagnostic care is What you receive when you have symptoms or risk factors and your doctor wants to diagnose them.
