Key recommendation of the report are
1. To remove the barrier in nursing education and Carrier.
2. To expand it's scope with better opportunities.
3. To improve residency for nurses after traing.
4. Life long learning
5. Double the count of nurses to that of doctor and increase 80% baccalaureate
6. Collection of interprofessional work force data.

To achieve these goals their should be simple implementing strategy which would achieve results till 2020.

Strategy one.
To make awareness of healthcare profession and centralise the role of nursing as important part of healthcare profession.
For this purpose we can adopt the government policies beneficial for betterment of nursing carriers that out automatically divert the mind set of people in united states to take part in mission

Strategy 2
This strategy would be related to current improvement in infrastructure and facilities to the nursing professionals upto certain extend and should it be as good as that of other healthcare professionals. For that we can implement higher salary packages to current professionals with certain targets to achieve such as passing of examinations with latest technology updates and scholarships for the professionals who would learn new things and adopt them into daily routine work this will not only improve the learning capacity but also will improve the status of nursing in society that would lead it to achieve the goals of study till 2020 or later. But this strategy would be somewhat costly than strategy 1.
