Acetaminophen - G - temperature to be monitored because it is a antipyretics decrease the body temperature.

Glipizide - F - blood glucose to be monitored because there may be chance of hypoglycemia. Glipizide promote insulin secretion by pancreas and increase tissue response to insulin.

Morphine - B - respiratory rate to be monitored because morphine is a opioid it suppress respiration and cough center in medulla of brainstem.

Prednisone - D - delayed wound healing to be monitored because steroid interfere with fibrin and collagen deposition.

Warfarin - C - INR to be monitored because warfarin prolong clotting time so prothrombin and INR to be monitored.

Zolpidem - A - sleep pattern to be monitored because it is given for insomnia patient ( difficulty in initiation of sleep)

Olanzapine - I - mood to be monitored olanzapine is atypical antipsychotic were using behaviors and emotional status to be assessed. Patient feel drowsiness and generally subsides with continued therapy.

Levofloxacin - H - culture and sensitivity to be monitored because it is given for urinary tract infection to inhibit the bacterial growth.
