Health Resources and Services Administration is one such Federal program that was created as a sub-agency of the Department of Health and Human Services. It provides funds to the Community Health Centres in every U.S state.

It is one of the primary Federal agency which was established for improving access the Health care services for the welfare of the people who are uninsured and isolated from medical facilities. The Health Care Financing Administration:

This health care unit basically operates activities of Medicare and Medicaid programs. The federal government finances health services to the elderly citizens of America through the Medicare program and provide assistance in financing health services to poor Americans. Personal health services are directly delivered by the federal government. The major portion of the federal government’s health business is done through the contracts and grants the states, and private providers and organizations through financing them.

Method for analyzing political feasibility to define key player’s viability:

The healthcare organization to be politically viable they must have influential stakeholders. The key player is working to bring together new technologies of health care.
