Health Resources and Services Administration is one such Federal program that was created as a sub-agency of the Department of Health and Human Services. It provides funds to the Community Health Centres in every U.S state.
It is one of the primary Federal agency which was established for improving access the Health care services for the welfare of the people who are uninsured and isolated from medical facilities. The program's policies include the HRSA Requirements for participation in all health care activities. It maintains the guidelines and standards that must be complied with to entitle the Federally Qualified Health Centres to receive funding that could be used for the healthcare of the people.

The US Department of Health and Human Services:
It provides the services under the Centers for disease control; the food and drug administration; the health resource and service administration. The services are concerned with the management of health policy, planning, and evaluation, intergovernmental health promotions.
It directly serves the population as well as provide technical assistance to states and localities. It analyses and disseminates health data, focusing on environmental-related diseases. It conducts research regarding health across the nation. It is primarily concerned with resources development and health manpower. They also act as a coordinator and assistant to provide health care services.
The Health Care Financing Administration:
This health care unit basically operates activities of Medicare and Medicaid programs. The federal government finances health services to the elderly citizens of America through the Medicare program and provide assistance in financing health services to poor Americans. Personal health services are directly delivered by the federal government. The major portion of the federal government’s health business is done through the contracts and grants the states, and private providers and organizations through financing them.
Method for analyzing political feasibility to define key player’s viability:
The healthcare organization to be politically viable they must have influential stakeholders. The key player is working to bring together new technologies of health care. The laws provide for the regulation of health care service plans takes an action for the willful violation of the act of crime. It provides health care insurance policies as well.
