Trauma informed care is a plan of treatment approachment, where treatment is given on the impact of trauma happened to the victim. Where physical, physiological, emotional aspect of the trauma victim is cosidered and efforts are taken to strengthen the individuals mind and body. It is a multicentered team approach.

• Acute stress disorder: Acute stress disorder is a type of psychological response of an individual towards an unpleasent terryfying traumatic experience happened previously. The disease is charactrized by extreme sleep problems, hyper paranoid, mood swings etc.
• Post traumatic stress disorder: A psychiatric manifestation of severe flash back memories experienced by a trauma victim. The manifestations may be in the form of flash back of memories, night mares of the event etc. Usually seen among rape victims.
• Reactive attachment disorder: A common disorder of child hood. Where the child, inappropriately responding in the social situation.This disease is happening because of early seperation of parents,broken family etc.

• Safety and stabilization:This is the first stage. • Reconnection and integration: In this stage, teach methods to connect with others, empower the victim and make them to participate in empowering activities, that helps to build up their strength.
