Where physical, physiological, emotional aspect of the trauma victim is cosidered and efforts are taken to strengthen the individuals mind and body. It is a multicentered team approach.

It is a psychiatric disorder. Usually developing in individuals who had a past event of stress ful life experience. The manifestations of the symptoms includes, lack of sleep, night mares, flash back of the event happened etc. Usually the symptoms are developing in night and it may affect the individuals normal way of living in all aspect.

All stressful life situations can cause post traumatic stress disorder in indiviuals.Some of the common risk factors includes, female gender, child hood period, repeated childhood trauma, gange rape, early seperated family, broken family etc.

When collecting data from a child related to trauma,it is important to make sure that, the child never get hurts because of the questions being asked. Collect maximum informations such as the age of onset of trauma, type of trauma, the intensity, who all are involved in the activity etc. Never follow the techniques usually follow for adults like, using a checklist, asking for detailed clarrifications etc.The data collection techniques must be based on the child age, emotional status etc.
