Answer: In most of the healthcare organization there are excess of the facilities available which has no random or frequent use. It is necessary to manage the budget. People working in the organization who has minimum work load should be dismissed. This will lead to save the cost of unnecessary expenses. The care unit should have all the necessary equipments as well as materials. Those materials should be choosen as efficient in work within the budget.

The nurse staff can control expenses in ICU by decreasing the unwanted use of the equipments as well as devices. For example, the pulse metre is not required everytime so the unnecessary use of it should be avoided. Using the resources efficiently and properly. Nurse should avoid wasting materials.
