Outline how you would gain support within the organisation for risk management policies and procedures? What skills might be used when garnering support and with whom should you communicate the risk management intentions? (Minimum 150 words)

RISK MANAGEMENT :
Introduction : Generally as life goes in sorrows and pains , in the same way companies which are established with a longer vision will also have up's and down's . As humans we take good healthy food , daily exercise and good amount water such that , though any health issues which we got in the future will be managed without greater risk . In the same way companies higher level management , in before frame some kind of policies and procedures to reduce the level of risk at their possibility . So , every company makes these risk assessments and also maintain certain policies and procedures to overcome that . Every company will have risk , every company will go through it . Companies which are prepared with risk management techniques will withstand others will make bankruptcy or closed .
Gaining support from the organisation :
I would gain the support from the organisation by these ways :
1 . Making them understand that how risk can make our company to top performing to under performing state . We have to protect our company when it moves into crisis . If you negligent about the risk and it's policies and procedures taken by the management , it not only affects you but it effects the company itself. You may lose your job . So , i request and caution you that you should be very keen about your performance and your activities , which should be in compliance with the risk management policies and procedures.
2 . I would show them some real examples of companies and also life stories of employees which were ended in disaster. As the company or its employees shown negligence about the risk management policies and procedures. I will clearly explain them about the bad that happens to us when the company was collapsed due to risk .
Skills for getting support from the employees :
1 ) Good communication
2 ) Team building
3 ) Making attractive targets.
4 ) Make them under risk in simple ways.
5) Rewards and punishment , both according to situation.
6 ) Motivated every time.

3 ) Chairman and chairperson
4 ) Employees
5 ) Industry experts and share - holders.
