The computer is essential to perform different activities, but long use of computer and not maintaining a correct posture can often lead to muscle pain especially shoulder and back, it also leads to wrist pain and eyestrain. Sitting by a computer may require less afford but it still leads to physical fatigue, which are often due to reduction of circulation leading to stiffened muscles and back pain.

There are many measures an individual can follow to prevent computer-related muscle pains, it could be by maintaining a correct posture, adjusting the chair to maintain eye level of the computer screen and by taking frequent short breaks and perform stretching exercises. If the condition worsens there are other ways a person can prevent or reduce back pain is by using a posture corrector.

POSTURE CORRECTOR :

There are many benefits of having a good posture, it strengthens the muscles of the body that are most likely to experience pain especially upper back and shoulders, having a good posture will boost energy levels and reduce the chance of injury to the muscles
