When cell divides it becomes two but filamentous the cell remain attached with itself and creat branchlike structure. Glinding is the process of movement of bacreria with out flagella and chemolithoautotrophs means those organism who meets there energy needs by oxidizing inorganic molecules. Hence bacteria that produce energy from sulphur is called chemolithoautotrophs.

1. Desulfovibrio uses sulfate and from sulfate it made hydrogen sulphide.thus it uses sulfer to produce its energy.

2. Frankia is a nitrogen fixing bacteria. It produce it energy from organic molecule. But here chemolithoautotrophs are asked. So Frankia does not uses inorganic molecule to produce it energy.

3. Anabaena is a cynobacteria. It has the ability of photosynthesis. It uses carbon di oxide with sunlight to meets its energy requirement.

4. Salmonella are chemotrophs which mean they produce there energy from organic molecules . But some time it also uses sulfur to produce its energy. Mostly oxygen is used by it. It is called the sulphur reducing bacteria.

5. Trypanosoma obtain its energy from blood glucose and doesnot use sulphur to make energy.

6. Shigella uses pyruvate to produces its energy. Pyruvate comes from glycolysis. In pyruvate there is no sulphur. Hence shigella doesnot use sulphur.

7. Beggiatoa uses hydrogen sulphide to produce its energy and by product sulphur is made. It meas , beggiatoa uses sulphur to produce its energy.

So the filamentous gliding chemolithoautotrophs that uses sulphur compound to produce energy are Salmonella, Beggiatoa and Desulfovibrio.
