Answer: Providing quality of care to the patient is one of the major aim of the healthcare organization. Sometimes insufficient management of patients care causes problems to the patient as well as to the healthcare professionals. Problem can occur due to many factors. Medical error is one of them. The medical error causes inconvenience to the patient as well as in management of patient care as due to medical error adverse effects of drugs occurs, toxicity can be produced which can be fatal sometimes. This problem occurs due to the negligence of the healthcare provider or due to mis calculated of the dosage form. Another problem occurs while treating and taking care of patients as cultural differences. Sometimes due to cultural differences it becomes difficult to provide quality of care to the patient. They have different beliefs and values and it has to be understood.

So, these things creates hurdle while providing care to the patient which causes decrease in the quality of care provided to the patient which automatically results in to negative outcomes and satisfaction level of patient.
