1. Risk factors for psychosis:

• Family history of psychosis
• Father is of olde age group when child was conceived
• Autoimmune system with abnormalities
• Drug abuse during adolescence or early childhood
• Complications during pregnancy or birth
• Depression
• Family problems during childhood.
• Victim of child abuse
• Infections during gestation and early childhood like herpes simplex
• Maternal problems like malnutrition, diabetes, stress, smoking, rhesus incompatibility, hypothyroidism etc.

2. Patient education for discharge:

• Do not stop medicine
• Do not stop therapy
• Sleep regularly (7-8 hours)
• Do not drink alcohol
• Do not use any abusive drugs
• Be compatible with doctors
• Be compatible with family and society
• Find things and activities which calms and makes happy.

3. Crisis intervention techniques for agression and anger:

• Keep a little distance from patient to save yourselves from any attack
• Be empathetic, understand their feelings and behavior and the cause and try to calm him down
• Let the patient shout and easen his frustration
• Remain calm and try to make patient feel positive
• Identifying his problem and try to sort it
• Try to redirect patients thought from his challenging questions
• Respect his feeling, wait for him to calm down for continuing any therapy or medication
• Try to hold him physically if he is going out of control
