1) Benefits of sleep -

  • Helps to relax the muscles ..So,the body muscles can act a proper function
  • Helps to maintain the blood circulation of the heart..So heart can act normally
  • Helps to maintain brain function
  • Helps to improve memory
  • Helps to reduce stress...& also helps to reduce the chances of depression
  • Helps to increase the attention level.. etc..

Interventions for sleep disturbance-

  • Calm & quite environment should be given
  • Music therapy should be given for mind relaxation..
  • Energistic food like tea,coffie should be avoided during the time of sleep

Interventions for pain -

  • Pain level should be assessed
  • Comfortable possition should be given
  • Mind relxation technique should be used for comfort
  • Analgesic Drug should be used as per Doctor's prescription to reduce the pain level

2) Interventions for losing of bowel & bladder controll

For Bowel controll-   

  • Bowel pattern should be assessed
  • Intake-Output chart should be maintained
  • Fibre rich diet should be given
  • Laxatives should be given as per doctor's prescription

For Bladder controll-

  • Bladder pattern should be assessed
  • Intake-output chart should be maintained
  • Water intake should be in controll ,not the excess amount

3) Interventions for skin integrity & sensory alteration-

  • Skin integrity level,skin tone & level of sensory function should be assessed
  • Possition of the patient should be changed frequently in the case of bed ridden patient
  • Back care should be given frequently to reduce the chance of initiating & developing bed sore.
