Describe the information that nurses should share with patients and family members regarding this COVID-19 such as daily care routines, recommended level of isolation, what activities should be limited.

Health education is the vital part in Nursing care according to pandemic covid 19 it is related to Respiratory system infection on basic we teach the modification of our daily routine

Primary prevention

1) don't exposed yourself to public places

2) reduce to shake hands with others

3) to be sanitized with (Alcohol based hand rub or hand wash) before and after the exposing to pandemic environment

4) wearing a mask/face shield is compulsory to break the chain.

5) maintaining social distance > 1m

6) discuss the sign and symptoms (fever, breathing difficultiesPain) and who are prior to susceptible prolonged Illnesses like diabetes mellitus, hypertension, system

7) If any suspected Self Isolation is must minimum 15 days or till resolved to break the chain. And dispose safely used tissue and sterilized his/her clothes.

8) overall it is important is our adequate diet ,water intake or any beverage to keep your body more healthy then you have reduce the chances of Infection

9) if you had travelling history take steam bath of with hot water

Isolation is also management for all suscepted or confirmed cases

1) Keep separate room or area for physical isolation keep all the precautions of transmission of covid 19 before screening of the our family

2) used standard hygiene and wash hand frequently

3) Boost your nutritious diet for better health

Limit your Activities as following

1) avoid physical exercise in Gym where we can inhale more faster than normal it can be risk for inhale infectious droplets

2) Not sharing towels and utensils with isolated person

3) reduce your meeting and talking

4) try to work from home if possible

5) reduce your frequency of shopping in infected areas

We understood all the necessary things in our daily routine to break the chain of transmission of covid 19

Health education is the important way for public awareness in disasters or in pandemic for further complications in future.
