the MBTI type indicator is the subject of many research projects studying in the connection between personality type and different ways of life .there are two institution in the united states that related to the MYERS-BRIGGS TYPE INDICATOR ,first is the MYRES-BRIGGS COMPANY and number second  is [CAPT],  to using this type of tool managers can understand the psychological situattion of a man to better manage people and situations. MBTI is used in many areas of our life like 1-[TYPE AT WORK]-type is helpful into an organisation to support many functions and situation including ,devolopment of leadership skills ,conflict resolution ,executive coaching ,change management and other needs.the most important thing is that to understand your type prefrences ,and how to manage time and solving skill, .by this type you learn ,dealing with stress,people culture ,devolping new skill etc .MBTI is used16 pesonality type -1 ISTJ- the detail-oriented leader 2-ESTJ -the decisive leader 3-ISFJ- the toughtful leader 4-ESFJ-the generous leader 5-ISTP-the tactical leader 6-ESTP-the fearless leader 7-ISFP-the sensitive leader 8-ESFP -the charismatic leader 9-INTJ-the strategic leader 10-ENTJ-the assertive leader 11-INTP-the unconventional leader 12-ENTP-the innovative leader 13-INFJ-the perceptive leader 14-ENFJ- the passionate leader 15 -INFP-the sincere leader 16-ENFP -the inspirational leader. a manager is more detailed and specific role involved with organizing and using convergent thinking of getting everyone the same page .the leader shoul be good strategists,open minded ,and related well to a board range of people along with good public speaking skills ,,managers need to be good at obtaining compliance .these are the best ways a manager to better manage people and situations.
