Medical health insurance is very important nowadays because everyday we are facing some new illness. If we have medical insurance then we can treat ourselves and family members without any burden.

But is it right to impose health insurance on people without their consent. Having health insurance is good because it reduces government wealth investment in Medical facilities, common people gets best medical checkup with very less money.

As it is mentioned, in statment that there should be penalty for tax return who does not have medical health insurance, yes I am totally agree, if you are filling taxes then you are very much capable of getting health insurance done.
