Lack of teamwork

Working with different diverse backgrounds family is very tough. With differences in culture, beliefs, rules, etc leads to make different demands while working together. This leads to a challenge for the teachers to make them cooperate with each other and sort out the problem.

Language barrier

With different in their places, there is differences in the languages. The teachers face challenges during communication with the family member due to the language barrier.

Presenting a topic from a different perspective

The teacher has the right to express a topic from a different kind of perspective. But the teacher should be very careful while framing a sentence before expressing it. The sentences should not cause any diversifying any culture, religion, or belief.

Lack of knowledge regarding the diversity background

If the teacher is not having adequate knowledge regarding the various diversity background of the parents leads to create a problem and do not know how to increase co operation with the parents. Lack of knowledge regarding the culture, religion or ethenic of a parents may misinterpreted as disrespect to them. So the teacher should have proper knowledge regarding the diversity background of all the parents.
