Under occupational segregation where people were divided into two groups in which people termed as same were in one group like all the mens were in one group and all the womens were in the other group which creates a gap called gender wage gap. There are two other aspects also under this which is supply side and demand side.So we will discuss that one by one. Under Supply side we have think in perspective of the workers who were divided and faced difficulties in performing their works.Like all mens were in one same group but their inner abilities and strengths were not examined so they had to work with person with different strengths and abilities and on the other hand if they were grouped with people of same strengths and abilities then there performance level would had increased. Secondly People perform better where they are emotionally involved and attached if there are not that type of people then their performance will be affected. On the demand side of explanation there is a perspective of employer who wants better performance, perfection and completing all their goals. Reason behind putting together same gender in one group is that similar gender will understand each other better and cooperate properly so that company's goals will be fulfilled by employees.
