''It is not the union that organizes the employees; it is management." This statement evaluates the fact that management always has a precedence over the union. Unions are formed by employees only when they are unhappy and not satisfied with its managements or feel exploited and want to collectively bargain against the management.and make a union to fulfilled employees demand.it is very important to understand the function of management where managements are responsible for employees satisfaction and feel Happy with their work and company. It is responsibility of the management to organise the employees while Union just are there for resolving the queries and disputes.

management takes steps to ensure the happiness of employees, and if employees fell any insecurities and have some problem regarding work and wages, then management helps to solve this kind of problems while union wouldn't serve any function and therefore wouldn't be organized by employees.
