Answer) It is true that Covid-19 Pandemic has affected daily routine of almost everyone, with only virtual connections possible for many, life has become more stressful and the uncertainity regarding when this pandemic will end is adding further to the troubles.Following are the two strategies which I would suggest to employees to maintain work life balance.

  1. Practising mindfulness-We need it now probably more than ever,it can be in form of meditation or self reflection and thereby attaining calmness in such challenging times,it is a practice used for centuries in various forms and has ability to clear all doubts, all negative thoughts from your mind, what 's more is that it lets you be with you free from stress.
  2. Finding one hobby and enjoying it-A lot of employees have started to do online courses to enhance their skills in afterhours of their work which is good ,however these times are challenging and what is required is to find that one hobby which you have'nt enjoyed for a while,it could be gaming,it could be starting an online book club or binge watching tv series or cooking, something which gives you happinesss and you are able to detach yourself from negativity.

In terms of afterhours, people need to spend time with their family,as mentioned, focus on your hobbies and develop mindfulness as a regular practice to switch off from all stress and uncertainity.
