Answer) It is true that Covid-19 Pandemic has affected daily routine of almost everyone,with only virtual connections possible for many,life has become more stressful and the uncertainity regarding when this pandemic will end is adding further to the troubles.Following are the two strategies which I would suggest to employees to maintain work life balance.
In terms of afterhours,people need to spend time with their family,as mentioned, focus on your hobbies and develop mindfulness as a regular practice to switch off from all stress and uncertainity.
