20..once the zero amount deposit is saved the deposit appears in the deposit list window.The payment cplumn lists

"EOB only" , simce there is no payment associated with zero amount deposit.

21...i wpuld go into tbe transaction entry dialog box,then enter his name this will put up a list of all his payments and adjusymemts at the bottom of dailog screen.i can choose which case his is enquiring about then check for any payment made by medicare at the bottom of the transaction entry Dialog box in the payment ,adjustment box.i would then be able to tell Mr klein what amount Medicare had paid and what is AARP had paid.if he would also like that information.
