Analysing the Importance of Three Ideas
To become a successful leader, we have to use our own ideas and skills at the right time. The leaders should have the capability to face challenges and they have to come with unique ideas and plans. For attaining our goals and objectives of we have to create a team of well-rounded individuals. Teams can perform better than an individual. We also know the fact that for understanding the problems related to the current practices or improving the current practices the managers have to use a measuring stick.

To reach great heights and for completing education in a productive way, we have to use the ideas presented by Buckingham and Coffman. For completing the academic project, I required a team of good students, because it helps for getting more ideas and plans for completing the project in time and it also helps for saving the time in a productive way. Developing a measuring stick also helps me to understand the strengths and weakness based on that I can learn more skills and abilities.
