The President,

Yummy Fast Food,

Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to bring to your kind notice that the location of your restuarant near the children's school has attracted children to your place in crave for the high fat diet i.e burgers, pizzas, etc that is being sold in your restuarant. As you know young children studying at the school near your restuarant are in their phase of active development and when they eat the high fat diet that is sold in your restuarant at regularly, they are prone to become overweight and stay obese in their adulthood. When they stay obsese, there are high chances that they would develop non communicable diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular diseases at a very early youth stage. It is very well known that overweight and obesity are the consequences of high intake of food rich in calories and fat.Apart form this, working parents and guardians get an an easy method to reward their child in return of something that they ask them to do when they do not have enough time for their children. This is very wrong as working parents try to adapt the easiest ways to calm their troubling children by taking them to these restuarant like yours. They forget the fact that the children get addicted to these food habits and it becomes difficult to change their habits as they grow since their taste buds always crave for such high fats and yummy foods. The social factors as equally responsible in contributing to the poor nutrition in young children as in our society, people use food as a reward as a means of socializing, a form of reward or as a means to other the activities of children. Also, children of rich parents do not hesitate to spend a huge amount on these foods daily. This leads to development of an unhealthy relationship with food thereby increasing the risk of overweight and becoming obese.

It is therefore a humble request , if you could cooperate us to make our children aware of the fact that intake of such high fat foods once a while is good but not often everyday after school. In anticipation of your cooperation in this regards.

Thanking you,

Your sincerely

(Any name)
