The food products have already been processed in various ways to cut back the risks of food-borne illnesses and contamination. Most of the equipment employed in the facility is specifically designed to function in such a manner as to ensure foods are cooked to their proper temperatures.
Furthermore, Fast food corporations spend many dollars on food orders, so suppliers are more likely to confirm their processes are designed to scale back the risks of contamination. However, that doesn't mean nourishment chains are necessarily safer to delapidate compared to restaurants.
There is still the human factor to need into consideration. Many of the workers in alimentation chains are young adults. they will lack sufficient training or value more highly to ignore safe food handling processes, which may end in contamination.
