Child development experts understand that children develop at different rates and interact with their peers differently based on this development. Why might early childhood educators need to consider these developmental differences before resolving conflicts between the peers? Would the considerations be different for students with developmental delays? Why or why not?
Early childhood education could also be referred to as nursery education, through their adolescent period. Within this field, there would be specialisation either in the toddler education, where assistance starts from the age of two. Along with early child education, there has been an increased focus on digital technology.
Child development in afield in which there would be a focus on emotional growth of the child as well as psychological growth. As a result of this, there would be a focus on the all round development of the children. The educationists would be evaluating educational benchmarks as well as tools.
When there would be a difference in the development of the children, the child would be able to grasp their concepts Ina a better manner. For the children, these differences in development may be due to the differences in genetics or in their upbringing or the hereditary characteristics as well as the temperament of the child.
Depending on these factors, there are differences in cognitive development. Some children may be innately interactive whereas other children may be shy or serious. These children would be struggling to be interacting with people. Pre school teachers require to be incorporating these individual differences so that there would be integration of a buddy system such that there would be creation of a cutltural teamwork.
If the early educator does not incorporate developmental differences, there may be many concepts that he would explain to the child and they would not be able to understand the same. When resolving conflicts between the peers it usnrequired that the educator explains the concepts in a manner that bothers the children would be understanding. Some children might fail to understand why they are fighting and how the problems could be resolved.
For children with developmental delays, it is ipodtwnf that the easier concepts would be explained step by step such that the concepts could be grasped easily. For children with developmental delays if many concepts are bombarded at once, they may get confused and lose connection. Hence, it is required that each concept be explained by breaking the concepts down in simpler steps.
