Adult Day Fitness Care related program:

The Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) Program is an approved community founded day fitness program that delivers facilities to elder individuals and adults with long-lasting medicinal, reasoning, or mental fitness circumstances and/or incapacities that are at jeopardy of demanding institutional upkeep. The mainstream of ADHC contributors are Medi-Cal recipients.

Community Based Adult Facilities program:

An innovative package alike to ADHC – Community Founded Adult Facilities (CBAS) has started under California’s Bridge to Improvement Medicaid relinquishment.
