This is well known concept that each community is unique and has its own needs.

Nursing staff may adopt the concept of Living Locally & Creating Change.

Living locally means that the staff is not only eating locally grown food, but he/she is becoming an active member of your community.

He/she can find the local group and can make a public awareness about the health, about the cleanliness & personal hygiene.

Then the staff can setup the meetings for the plan and the future proceedings to implement the original concepts on the ground in the community.

For example suppose nursing staff want to improve the water sanitization in the community and then trying to educate the community regarding water borne diseases,

There is need to state how these water borne diseases can be prevented.

In all the above mentioned cases there is need to be an active member of the community.

This is a new change in the society that by living and sharing in the society and by becoming the active member of the particular society a nursing person can make a positive change in the society.

Atthe last, being a nursing person  this concepti i will discuss to my colleagues &will share with your colleagues, will have a brief explanation and thus in this way the nursing legacy will be changed dramatically and trhus it will have a drastic social impart.
