The Adult Day Health Care (ADHC) Program is an approved community founded day fitness program that delivers facilities to elder individuals and adults with long-lasting medicinal, reasoning, or mental fitness circumstances and/or incapacities that are at jeopardy of demanding institutional upkeep. Community Based Adult Facilities program:
