outline for a vegan diet with a thesis, purpose and conclusion
INTRODUCTION
a vegan diet is a diet that contains only plants such as vegetables, grains and nuts, and fruits. It does not contain any food from animal sources.so, it should be planned properly because improper planning can lead to various deficiencies and can also create various health problems too. So, a balanced vegan diet should include a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, proteins, and healthy fats.
BENEFITS/PURPOSES;
A well rounded vegan diet improves the health in many aspects. Vegans have a lower risk of blood pressure and lower levels of cholesterol. it also aids in weight management.it also reduces osteoarthritis, symptoms, and the risk of certain cancers.
SAMPLE MEAL PLAN;
BREAKFAST; sweet potato toast with peanut butter and banana
LUNCH; Chickpea and spinach curry with brown rice
DINNER; bean salad with black-eyed peas, tomatoes, corm. bell peppers and onions.
SNACKS; almond, fruit salad, and carrots.
Since nutritional deficiencies are key factors for these plans, additional supplements must be taken. Vegans are at higher risk of deficiency of vitamin B 12, calcium, iodine, iron, and protein.So, these should be provided to the body additionally through various supplements.
CONCLUSION;
