strategic planning is the process of evaluating the goal of company and then setting a course for success. This function evaluates the existing activities and goal. Managers then schedule the activities that will lead to achieving those goal then they must be come able to solve their problem identify the specific things that affects overall success

for e.g, if the goal is to improve the time it takes for customers to get their order fulfilled then an operational strategies is executed to improve product fulfillment

b. organising resources to achieve goals

the organizing function brings resources together to achieve the goals established in the planning function. resources include material ,personnel and financial backing. leaders need to identify what activities are necessary, assign those activities to specific personnel , efficiently towards goal

for e.g, if more inventory is needed but the company does not have the financial resources to open the inventory then the priority  to be tackle the financial need.
