Planning :

In healthcare sector this is the most important aspect to plan when there is a problem or risk for issues. It is applicable to set goals strategies to be achieved through the plan

Eg.,In healthcare sector quality is the utmost importance for a patient. When this is lack the organization has to take steps to make a plan to improve this

Organising

Here the resources and the materials which is needed to implement the planning to be gathered or collected .

eg.,If the staff lack the skills and recent advancement in providing a quality care .Ensure to organise a training program for them

Leading

After a plan is formed it has to be lead by a leader and guiding others by clarifying their doubts and queries

Eg., After the skill is taught the staffs should be observed and lead to implement this on their clinical practice

Controlling

This is the last step to evaluate the plan. In case of any issues it has t be addressed and ensured the same is not repeated.

Eg.,Assess the staff for performance through evaluation .There should be improvement in the quality of care delivered to patients.
