Current US business environment is liberal, indulgent and with a greater scope of pursuing different types of religious and cultural practices, in comparison to the most of the other nations, forming the global business environment. It is justified by the different types of people, based on their ethnicity, culture, language and religion come to USA to realize their dreams. It is done by the lesser score on power distance, low uncertainty avoidance index and high level of indulgence and propensity to absorb new things. Further, specific laws to prevent discrimination in different grounds, are also strictly followed in the USA. It makes USA a place where employees can expect their religion and culture to get due respect and tolerance. In contrast to it, in countries like China, Japan, Arab world and other western nations, they have strong inclination towards their own religion and culture. It makes less scope for other religion or culture to be adopted, and practiced by the employees. So, it is the US business environment that has more respect and tolerance towards the other religions, their customs and culture.
