The female external genital consist of the mons veneris,labiaminora,labiamajora,the clitoris,the vestibule,uretheral orifice,vaginalorifice,bartholins glands.The external genital assssment include inspection and palpation.Vaginal examination.these examinations helps to identify abnormalities include ulcres,scarring and also Look for quantity and distribution of hair,characteristics of labia minora and majora( inflammation,edema,lesions and so on) ,uretheral orifice is observed for color and its position,vaginal orifice is inspectd for inflammation edema,discoloration and lesions.The examinr may check bartholins galnd fpr tenderness or discharge.

The equipment used for examination is gloves,lubricant and towels.For vaginal examination sepulum is used.

Cervical cancer: The condition starts with cervical dysplasia, a change in the shape,growth and number of cells.Metastasisis usually confined to the pelvis but distant metastsis occurs through lymphatic spread

Assessment:Pelvic or lower back pain

Anorexia and weight loss

Painless vaginal postmenstural and post coital bleeding
