Generally people can practice medicine in terms of diagnose, treatment, performing surgeries etc, with the legal licensure of the government.       Identifying multiple conditions with different measures based on the patient’s symptoms is a very big challenge. In the practice of medicine will depend on how the implementation of plan of care, how the physicians and health care systems paid, and resources allocated.

People who work in health care system they should know that, what new technology has come in the market and how fast we can diagnose the condition and start required treatment. These days people are becoming more sensitive to disclose their history of illness, so health professionals should interact smartly, empathetically to gain all information and provide counseling before starting any treatment is very important.

Roastering duties of health care employees is a crucial part, if any new thing/process needs to be implemented, we should provide training to all the people in their respected shift duty. At times people may be absent/missed due to another shift so make sure everybody has under gone training by taking signatures. Assessment after the training is very important send the assessment link to all, let them answer on their free time. Conduct refresher training on deferent aspects to stop the recurrence of the problems.
