• Expand access to health insurance,
• Protect patients against arbitrary actions by insurance companies,
• Reduce costs.

No, the 2010 Act did not achieve these goals as expected. Though the efforts were good but there are many practical problems that have resulted in non-achievement of this goal as per acceptation and people are not at that level of comfortable. The act was not able to create the supporting environment that helps people to achieve their goal.

The cost and value did not managed properly by the act and due to rise in the cost, it created problem for the Act to support the people appropriately.

The ACA has moderately impacted the overall compensation of today’s workers by helping them to get compensated as per this ACA act.

• The approaches available for the incentives elections are not appropriate and many people were struggling in finding the suitable incentives that suits to them. They are under pressure to manage these incentives and to select from the available options.
• The role of brokers in the ACA care management was not appropriate and the delegation to brokers did not work well. The brokers did not focused properly and they did not make realistic decisions for the betterment of the care plans for the people.
• There are issues with the competitors in the insurance area. During life of patent, competitors are not allowed. But the delaying the payments to making slower entry of generic patent players is not acceptable and they need to be made as soon as possible to avoid any delays in the process.
• The focus shifted o increasing the sale for the pharmaceutical rather than the cure for the patients. Thus the background drives are in the commercial intent rather than the care intent.
