Did the 2010 Act achieve these goals? How has the ACA impacted the overall compensation of today’s workers? Please support your response through examples
The Affordable Care Act (ACA) has three primary goals:
No, the 2010 Act did not achieve these goals as expected. Though the efforts were good but there are many practical problems that have resulted in non-achievement of this goal as per acceptation and people are not at that level of comfortable. The act was not able to create the supporting environment that helps people to achieve their goal.
The cost and value did not managed properly by the act and due to rise in the cost, it created problem for the Act to support the people appropriately.
The ACA has moderately impacted the overall compensation of today’s workers by helping them to get compensated as per this ACA act.
