1. Undocumented immigrants should be afforded to the right of health insurance and other benefits. Many immigrants coming from Mexico, South Africa or Nigeria would lost their documentations in any kind of natural calamity or any other situations. A country should be able to adapt itself in a environment where the value of a life of a human being is considered more important than than of the documentations. Services should be provided affordable government health services to at least have a good health to find work or do work.
Merits for the same would be:
1. Health progress and level of sustainability in the environment.
2. More healthy workforce could be attained in the country if immigrants have the benefits and services to healthy and fit.
3. The level of unemployment would decrease
Demerits:
1. Country's real figure couldn't be able to estimate because of no documents.
2. The real GDP would not be an accurate figure.
3. The existing country's population resist providing services to immigrants.
2. SWOT Analysis for the same would be:
Strengths: Insurance facilities are being provided and upgraded with 2 different kind of languages. Helping college students and enhancing their skills too for the further development in the society. Primary and cost effective health services are being provided for the community thus a good idea.
Weakness: Not many employees would prefer working because of the comparatively lower salaries as other medical centres. Only open to 5 days a week with only 8'hours a day.
Threats: Many new hospitals and medical centres could come up and open their services by employing more educated doctors and high brand equity name in the hospital list. The threat of employees leaving the organisation and working somewhere else could be the one.
Opportunities: Opportunities could be to train college students and provide internships to them. By providing them lower salaries, future doctors could be made. Also time and days could be extended in the future.
