Expert Solution

Health care must be recognized as a right ,not a privilage.every man, women, and child in the  country should be able to access the health care they need regardless of their income. It is better to have a system that work not just for economically stable people but for all .people should not have to fear losing their health insurance if they lose their job or change employment.it is necessary to have a system that prioritize the health of working class families over the profit of insurance companies It is not nice to spend last months of life in the hospital arguing with insurance companies,so health care especially at most basic level is needed

ADVANTAGES OF HAVING UNIVERSAL HEALTH INSURENCE

1 it removes health related barriers to education

2 give greater effect to the right to healthcare

DISADVANTAGE OF HAVING UNIVERSAL HEALTH INSURENCE

Healthy people pay for the sickest

people have less financial incentives to stay healthy

long wait times

doctors may cut care to lower cost

the government may limit sevices that have a low probability of success
