  1. Medical insurance: In the era of digital world, where everything is available online through a click, physical activity has been restricted. In addition to this, long working hours creates health issues. At macro level, climatic changes, global warming and emergence of new diseases have made the health complications very complex. Health complications come with huge costs. Medical treatment is becoming with each passing day. The costs are so high that entire savings may be washed away in a treatments and hospital bills. In such a scenario, I would choose an organization that would provide health insurance. In the absence of health insurance policy, the financial burden will be too huge. Provision of health insurance will also increase my efficiency and loyalty to the company for which I work.
  2. Vacation and holidays: As human beings, we get tired of continuous work schedules. With passage of time, the job becomes boring and ultimately it results in low productivity and low efficiency. Suitable recreation activities break the monotony and boredom associated with work. Therefore, I expect the employer to provide me vacation and holidays at specified times to maintain work-life balance; thereby increasing efficiency and productivity.
  3. Retirement plans: In the era of fast changing dynamics, the future is uncertain. We all work for today and to live today. But there must be an element of financial sustainability. There must be provision for the future security. If the future security is adequately addressed, the employees work with conviction and satisfaction. In view of future security, I would want my employer to provide me retirement plans so that my future would not be uncertain.
