Is health care a right or a privilege? Should it be a right or a privilege? How have different systems of healthcare reflect this question in many ways? How do people, both individually and collectively, live with the many contradictions that these basic questions raise? In particular, how is the issue of funding problematic in many ways? Be sure to raise issues of profit motives within organizations.
Step1:- Health is a state of complete physical, mental, social well being which not mearly the absence of disease. _WHO
According to the given question -
Health care is a right not a privilege . right reflect the connection that the right is having other human rights which shows the well being.
And also it have interdependency which shows other human rights.
Step 2:- It should be as a right because the right of health is for all people means everyone should acess the health care services.no one should be sick or die because of there financial problems everyone should acess them.
Step 3:- Different system reflect this question in various ways .they change the health care services into different sectors through this all people cannot acess human rights and facilities.
Step4:- Both individually and collectively people have human rights to treat disease and promote health many contradiction raised although they manage the health care services in the society .
Step5:- the issue funding problem in many ways through the other services which is providing to the people which is negligible to the disease condition .some conflicts and bias with the doctors and other health care services.
Step6:- should raise this problem and provide right to humans thet they can go for other health care services . Should provide equality to the people.motivates them to make the organization for different facilities in the society.
