C.The health and wellness of the people are improved by, people should be educated about moral values, relationships.spiritual and cultural needs of the people should be satisfied by the authorities.The health statistics of the whole people to be taken.Efucational fecilities should be made available to each and everyone.Hodpitsl feciliies should be started and health educations should be given regarding major diseases.
