Assignment #1 is to encourage you to look at your overall health that is not directly related to physical activity but greatly impacts our health that is "Stress".
1) Stress is a type of response towards any type of change that changes can be physical or mental.
2) Eustress is a positive type of stress which is beneficial for us. For example, the first time going on a date.
Distress is just the opposite of eustress because it is the negative stress and it demotivates us and gives negativity. For example, break up with boyfriend.
3) Basically eustress effect is very short-lasting like high blood respiration rate and heart rate or sweating or feeling happy or excited so whenever it is talked about the stress effect it is a mean distress effect. Stress effects our bodies mentally as well as physically. Mentally effects like anger, irritaion, anxiety, depression, etc. And physical means - headache, chest pain, sleeping disorder, fatigue, the problem indigestion, etc.

b) anxiety
c) irritation
5) When I am in stress everything becomes messy in my mind, nothing seems good, become unhappy.
6) first I tell myself that everything has happened for good and everything will be right very soon. Next, I fall asleep. Stop thinking about that for which I am in stress.
7) Start talking very badly to peoples. Start smoking. Start blaming.
