Ways to personally Improve the Overall Health is -

-Put away the salt.

As consumption of excess salt,can lead to high blood pressure.

-Get to bed earlier

Most of us don’t get the seven or more hours of sleep as adults need So we Should get to bed Earlier to get More Sleep hours.

-Exercise Daily

As Exercising daily can be Very helpful to us In Improving the blood pressure,Decreasing the Bad Cholesterol, improves Eye-sight etc.

-THINK POSITIVE AND FOCUS ON GRATITUDE

Research shows a healthy positive attitude helps build a healthier immune system and boosts overall health.

-Maintain Your Weight

One should Regularly check his/her Weight as Overweight individuals Are at High risk of developing Hypertension,Diabetes,Dyslipidemia etc.

- Make a few dietary substitutions

  • Swap white bread, rice, crackers and pasta for whole grain versions.
  • Use skinless chicken and turkey in your recipes instead of skin-on meats such as beef or pork.   
  • Replace one sugary drink (soda, juice, etc.) each day with a tall glass of water.
