The following are key components for translation :

Stop codon - is the key component of translation.Translation is the process of synthesis of proteins from mRNA.to terminate translation there is need of stop codon. There are mainly 3 types of stop codons.

UAA, UGA & UAG - which does not code for any amino acid.when ribosome reaches to the stop codons process of translation stops here.

tRNA = The main function of tRNA in translation, is that it carry incoming amino acid to ribosome.

Ribosome = Is the main translating machinary. The process of translation carried out ribosomes.

The main ability of ribosome is that it catalyzes the formation of peptide bonds in amino acids which are incorporated into proteins.

Release factor - is a protein that allows for the termination of translation by recognizing the termination codon or stop codon in mRNA sequence.
