Defining ones important priorities or a plan made to strengthen and achieving our goals for our improvement and development with a time limit.

Steps to make a personal plan are as follows:-

1) Define ones goals:- it helps one to improve ones personal life by knowning or recognising our goals.

2) Prioritize :- write down what one needs to do first which is important for one which in turn leads to enhancing ones career or personal life.

3)Setting a time limit:- when one sets a time limit to achieve a goal and gets successful in achieving it in a set deadline makes one happy which in turn makes ones focus strong.

4) Understanding ones strengths and weaknesses:- one should know about ones areas of strengths and weaknesses which one needs to improve . To be confident one needs to know about ones strengths.

5) Knowing ones opportunities and threats:- one should know ones actions which support or threat ones achievements.

6) Developing new skill:- one should always have zeal to learn a new skill which can improve and enhance our goals .Only one knows where one stands and what and how one can reach the goal.

7)Taking actions:- actions needed to achieve our goal should be defined and deadline to be set.

8) Getting support:- defining things which support one to achieve ones goal.

9) Measure achieved progress:- the key to recognise that how much one has moved forward and even if the progress is little also but it's important to be contented.

The main purpose of a personal plan is to enhance knowledge, skills and improve and develop areas of life.
