The patient’s factsheets should contain only essential information which can useful to the patient or family member make a specific decision or take a specific action. Too much amount of information can be inundated to the patient or family member of patient which can stop the person from reading and understanding. So, all the information should be presented in a single, focused which involves an immediate action or decision. The details of the future outcomes and required actions should be kept separately. The included information should be action oriented, whenever possible, presented in terms of actions taken by a clinician, patient or family member to address the medical need.
Factsheet should be in very simple languages and can be understandable to common peoples also.
