a) Nair for men - It is a hair removal cream for men. The primary objective of this product is to remove hair below the surface of the skin. The primary target of this product is men living in urban areas. The target income group of the product is middle to high income group. This product has high possibilities of success because nowadays men and boys, especially in the urban areas are conscious about how they look. This product can help them to look fresh and also help them to maintain their body hygiene. This product is easy to use and hair can be removed very quickly using this product. Since, most men are working in big corporate sectors or handling their business in this 21st century therefore, they are always expected to be presentable. Therefore, women are not only focusing on body care or skincare, men are also slowly bringing the change. Apart from this, Nair for men will be a successful product because men with a busy life can easily use this product.

b) Blk water - This is an alkaline mineral water. This water does not contain any dye and is considered to be 100% natural. The primary target market of this product is those who are health conscious. The product can gain success in the market because in today's world people are trying to be fit and healthy and the main objective of this product is to promote fitness. This product is based in Germany and if the German market is taken in to consideration it can be seen that consumption of alkaline and mineral water in this market is increasing at an alarming rate. This factor can also be one of the major reason for success of the product. The product is also gaining competitive advantage because there are no other organisation who is producing mineral water which is black in colour.

c) True Lemon - It is a product which adds original lemong in each of its drink. The primary target market of this organisation is people who are health conscious and have interest in fitness. If the product's features are looked at it can be seen that the product is gluten free and contains low calorie. Since, obesity is one of the major issue in several parts of the country therefore, this product can gain success among people suffering from obesity because it has low calorie. Apart from this the product can gain competitive advantage because there are very less product in the market which use true lemon.
