Triple vulnerability model of Barlow discusses various factors leading to the development of generalized psychological vulnerability disorders namely-stressfull environment in childhood,lack of parental guidance, counseling and care of children,argument in household.These factors emerge from the genetic background,neuroscience and behavior of parents at home, lack of cooperation and understanding among parents.The specific psychological vulnerability occurs due to development of inherent fear after realizing the reasons and factors leading to such hostile environment.The patient suffers from seclusion and isolation, nervous to talk to people in society, remains in self perceptions and preoccupied thoughts of inferiority and lack of care.Further the patient feels depressed due to obsessive compulsive disorder and seeks to extra love,sensations and emotions from other people,friends and colleagues.The secretion of neurotransmitters increases in the brain for example, serotonin,dopamine and acetylcholine with excessive hysteria, hallucinations,distorted images and false perceptions and thinking related to development of hostile environment.The moods and behavior of the person gets alltered and feelings of getting defeated with failure develops in the patient.The patient develops excess negative self-centred emotions with feelings of lack of concern,care and encouragment from other elderly people in the society.
