In order to succeed in this program you must be self-disciplined and motivated. Describe situations you have encountered in your life that would have convey that you have the desire, motivation and discipline it takes to successfully complete the Nursing Program.
I need help on finding situations. I have worked as a cna, and in hospital settings for 3 years now.
The desire, motivation and the discipline which were contributed
to complete the Nursing Program.
eg:1.the desire to help the needy people in hospital motivated to
join in Nursing program.
2.motivation was given by the parents and also by having desire to
stand in merit list/getting Distinction, helped to select the
Bachelor Nursing Degree program and to get the certificate.
3.discipline was taught by the Nursing program itself by the
Nursing educator.
eg:especially particular situation which influenced me more was
,at the beginning of the Nursing program all the students had been
posted to the clinical areas and there was a challenging situation
to assisst the physician and answer te queries of the
patients.
because of being a begginner of Nursing personnel, knows very few
things in Nursing and unable to satisfy the physician and patient
with my beginner knowledge. That was the real situation which
created actual desire to know all the things and complete Nursing
program to help the patients without giving inconvenience in the
hospital.
when we have the desire to learn something, automatically the
motivation is reward which a student gets as a rank
holder/Distinction in marks.
learned with own observation is that, the knowledge without
discipline in waste,so tried to stick on to the Nursig discipline
throughout my Nursing program. The desire to learn, and the
motivation to stand first and the discipline helped to complete the
Nursing program successfully.
